Hello there new friend! And welcome home.

Photo-20-06-13-20.03I have had my eye on the Verner Panton Flowerpot lamp for years, but I couldn’t decide on a colour. I went from black to white to a more bright one like mint and back to white again. Then I saw the light matte grey one and it was love at first sight.

I have a thing for grey. It is such a calming colour.
Verner Panton deigned the Flowerpot back in 1971. Today the Flowerpots are produced by the Danish design brand &Tradition.
The little houses are a DIY project – take a look here if you want to see more and feel inspired to make your own.

Gulp! *wide eyes* That is seriously gorge! I’ve just shown Ste as we’ve been looking for a couple of ceiling lights like this. He said that’s been on IG on your feed…like whaaaaaaat?! How did I miss this!

Beautiful gift to yourself and I’m very envious… luckily you can’t see me turn green… hahaha

I think we may have to go for replicas :(

It is beautiful, isn’t it? I love the design – it has been on my wishlist for years. And this colour – well it was love at first light! Unfortunedly I broke my Milk Lamp the next day – I think it was lamp envy from this one stealing all the thunder.

Yes, Ste commented on the IG pic – he’s just more VIP than you, that’s it ;)

We have the ceiling ones at work in bright green – I’ll take a picture for you.
