There is no point in denying it. September is here and the temperature has dropped a bit. The sun is starting to set earlier and the nights are getting cooler and darker. It is time to stock up on candles and get all the woolen blankets out.
I am not quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet. I guess having spent all of my summer holidays stuck inside with the move and fixing up the new apartment has left me feeling that I missed it in a way. But what can you do! Al least we are still having beautiful sunshine and I am enjoying the gorgeous light in my new home. I arranged some candles to welcome fall and must admit that it is very cozy with lit candles at night.

So true! I can’t wait for autumn, we had too many hot days.
Your home is looking lovely.

I’m not ready for autumn either, but it’s already grey and rainy here. Lovely to see your home coming together :)
Thank you Nia :)
I don’t want summer to end! I love the sunshine too much. I’m not the biggest fan of cold winters so I don’t tend to like Autumn much unless it’s a particularly sunny one. You’re home is looking beautiful Rikke x
I know, right? All the rain and gloomy grey weather – yuk! Give me sunshine and warm temps please. Obviously we were born on the wrong continent! ;) Maybe we should emigrate together for the winter – I think we would look good on a sunny beach somewhere with a huge drink in our hand, don’t you? ;)

Oh most definitely! I’d be well up for that. Although might blond the locals with my uber white legs (they never see the light of day!) xxx
Haha! A pale Scandi girl and a paler Britt – won’t we be a sight for sore eyes?!? ;)))
