If you follow my blog you know, that I’ve been waiting for a new dining table for a while. It finally came a few months ago and I am so happy with it. When Flor blogged about my home a few weeks ago she reminded me, that I’ve forgotten to show you. I hadn’t even realised, so thank you Flor! This is what my old dining room and dining table looked like in my old home. I sold the dining table when I moved out last summer, because I wanted the freedom of finding the right solution for the new apartment. I looked at many tables in different shapes, sizes and materials before I made up my mind. I ended up with the Bella desk by Danish Hay. It was originally designed for the Bella Sky Hotel right here in Copenhagen to be used as a desk and later put into production. It spoke to me with the clear references to Danish mid-century design and yet still has a modern vibe to it. Just my kind of table. And yes, in case you are wondering (for the trained eye and regular readers) I moved my furniture around to try something new. I like it – what do you think?
My famous-on-the-internet homemade Muuto wall lamp still works in this corner, even if I did make it to be a reading lamp. Find my DIY guide here and info on the Montana bookcase here. Don’t tell me. I see it. That ever-growing stack of magazines needs to be sorted. Again!

The sofa is where the dining table used to be. But I guess that doesn’t help much as I never showed you the table ;) I will just have to shoot some pics for you and share soon – you are not the only one to ask :D
Det ser godt ud!
Synes faktisk det ser fedt ud med galleri hylden bag spisebordet. Glæder mig til at se billeder af det ny sofa hjørne:)
Mange tak :) Ja gallerihylder fungerer faktisk rigtig godt sådan her også. Dejligt at kunne rykke lidt rundt engang imellem :)
