Hi guys! Finally Friday, almost weekend. This week has been autumn break in Denmark, which – for those of us who didn’t have holiday – means more room in the bike lane, fewer meetings and having to look at everyone’s holiday pictures on Facebook and Instagram. But hey, I’m off to Thailand in 6 weeks (which I shared in this post), so no complaints from me! Also it’s been pouring down all week and I even had to put on gloves yesterday morning – always a sure sign that winter is coming.
I can’t stop listening to this song this week. It’s a Rasmus Walther cover – it’s in Danish, but give it a listen, because it’s oh so beautiful.
I’m still practising my tea drinking skills. It’s going good and I am finding more teas, that I enjoy. The kind people over at Løv Organic sent over a bunch of teas for me to try out. The beautiful tins and colours alone make my heart happy – and they cheer up the kitchen. All ingredients are organic, just the way I like it. So far I’m loving the Løv is Beautiful. It smells and tastes like summer and sunshine. Just what I need to keep warm on cold days.
Speaking of cold days, I turned on the heat last night for the first time since I turned it off last spring, so they colder days are here to stay.
This book has been the perfect tea companion. The photos are so dreamy. Very Nordic, calm and oh so beautiful. I can’t wait to get started on some of the projects and recipes in here.
Btw, did you catch my post about picture walls? I have an extra tip for you! I used to hang my frames with screws in the walls, but they leave big, ugly holes – and that is no good if you like to move things around as much as I do. But then I discovered these. We call them “picture nails” in Danish. They are brilliant because they can carry a lot of weight and they only leave three tiny holes in the wall. It’s easy-peasy removing them and the holes disappear with a stroke of paint. I’m a fan!
What are you up to this weekend? I have a styling job, that I’m quite excited about. It’s going to be fun and the result will be up on the blog next week – stay tuned. Have a happy weekend x

Så smart med de der “Picture nails”. Hvad kalder du dem på dansk? Og hvor kan man købe dem? God weekend :)
Hehe, de hedder såmænd billedsøm, og du finder dem i byggemarkedet :)
Have a nice weekend Rikke!
Thank you Karlijn, you too x
