With Christmas just around the corner I’m bringing you inspiration for a Scandinavian Christmas table today. I’m showing you how to set a simple, yet elegant Christmas table the Scandinavian way. The setting is from my birthday last weekend, but it works just as well for Christmas or a December get together. The palette is pale blue, light wood and lots of white. Info and links on the different items in the bottom of the post.
My Scandinavian Christmas table was set with:
☆ Table cloth, napkins and the ribbon I’ve tied around the napkins are from Broste Copenhagen – found here.
☆ The vases are the Lyngby vases found here.
☆ Plates are the white fluted by Royal Copenhagen found here.
☆ The salt and pepper shakers are the Menu Bottle grinders found here.
☆ The flowers are white tulips – a simple and beautiful winter flower – in odd sizes of little glass vases collected throughout the years.
☆ The tree (wooden cone) is by House Doctor or Bloomingville (sorry, I can’t remember).
☆ I found the wooden stars at Illums Bolighus – unfortunately there is no brand on the pack, so I don’t have any info for you on these. These could be a nice alternative.
