Hello June and hello summer! Well at least the calendar says it is summer, although you wouldn’t think so by looking out the windows. The weather here in Copenhagen feels more like autumn at the moment. But I’ve got new sandals at the ready as soon as the temperature goes up a bit!
May turned out to be a pretty busy month around here. I’ve been putting in a lot of extra hours at work and have been running very fast, so the blog is now screaming for attention. I’m back and have a lot of exciting things planned for you.
So a few weeks ago the blog turned two! Thank you for all the congratulations and well wishes, they mean a lot to me. I promised you a party – and gifts – and that, we shall have. Watch this space :)
For now I want to share a little film with you that I came across a few weeks ago. It’s called The Worlds Most Relaxing Film – I don’t know about you, but that sounds good to me! I must warn you, it’s addictive. It’s filmed in the area where our summer house is. And it’s amazing. I want to go visit every single location! So my loves, sit back, take a deep breath and come with me on a journey of some of the amazing nature Denmark has to offer:
Ahhh! Do you feel more relaxed? Beautiful right? I will be watching this when I need a break from now on. I hope it works for you as well. I found it right here, where you can read more about the beautiful places in the video.
In other news, I wrote an article about Instagram and its meaning in the design industry in the Sunday’s edition of Politiken the weekend before last (the Design section) – one of the biggest morning papers here in Denmark. Some of you asked on Instagram about a translated version. Unfortunately it’s not online and I’m not sure it will be, but I’ll keep my eye on it and let you know.© that nordic feeling
