I’m sitting here staring at the blank page with a heavy heart. Paris is on my mind. I still can’t quite gasp the extend of what happened on Friday evening. Such evil and cruelty is indescribable. I just reread the post, I wrote back in February after what happened here in my hometown of Copenhagen. I ask myself, where do we go from here?
The only answer I can come up with is forward. One foot in front of the other. Step by step. I guess all we can do is love a little more. Hug our nearest and dearest a little tighter. Laugh a little louder. Dance a little wilder. Be kind to all we meet and insist on seeing faces and people instead af colour and religion.
In the midst of all the sadness this weekend, I’ve spent some time thinking about the bigger things in life. 2015 is slowly closing in on us with only a month and a half to go. I’ve been rereading the goals I set for the year in my work book. Remember I shared my tradition of writing down my new year’s intentions in this post with a link to download the free work book?
Perhaps you were inspired and filled out a work book too? Or maybe you’ve written down your goals and wishes for 2015 in another form? It’s time revisit them and see how far you are. There is still time to make your wishes and goals come true, but perhaps it’s time to dig in? Lets make the most of 2015. For ourselves and for all those who no longer have the privilege. May they rest in peace.
Happy Sunday x
