A brand new year is upon us! I just love that feeling at the beginning of the year when all things feel possible. 366 days to be filled with whatever we want. I’ve just finished writing my New Year’s intentions – it’s taking me a few weeks as I’ve really had a good think about it. I believe that we can do many things once we put our mind to it. The struggle is to figure out what we really want and narrow it down to specific goals to work on. I thought I would share som of the things on my list this year in case you are looking for inspiration for yours.

I love travelling and I try to get away as often as I can. 2015 brought me to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Holland, Greece (the picture above is from my Yoga & Pilates trip to Crete a few months ago), Sweden and Norway on wonderful trips filled with adventures, laughter, new horizons and quality time with people I love.
I have just started making travel plans for 2016 and so far New York and Barcelona is on my list for Spring. I hope many more adventures will be added to the list as we go. I’ve wanted to go to both New York and Barcelona for years, so I am very excited! Do you have any tips to share? Any and all are greatly appreciated!
Being in the now
Life goes so fast and so often we miss out on new opportunities and adventure because we are so focused on our ‘grand plan’ or the way we think things are supposed to look like. I have been practising letting go of the plan and leaving some room for unimaginable. I have found that taking time off, slowing down and focusing on the things right in front of me will bring me joy instead of sticking to my (never-ending) to do list. Seriously, in the end I am sure I will remember the spontaneous get-together with friends and adventures out into the blue more than a clean house, more blog posts and an empty inbox. Let’s live a little!
This year I want to become even better at going with the flow, being in the now and see, where life will take me.
Spend more time with the people who I love
In the end, this is what life is all about, right? Here’s to adventures, beach walks, Sunday brunch, Friday night drinks, picnics, travels, dancing in the streets, laughing out loud, sharing big and small thoughts, bigger hugs and champagne on a Wednesday.
