What better way to start the new week than with a love list? I wrote the first one in December intending to make it a regular on the blog, and then time flew by. It’s been a little quiet around here lately. I’ve been busy with work, projects and life and have been fighting influenza (two times in the last two months! And the last round just wouldn’t go away for weeks). But I missed the blog, so I am glad to be back.
Btw the picture above is from this post if you want to check out more photos from cherry blossom mayhem. Well, let’s get to it then..
IN THE AIR
Spring!! Need I say more? The sun is out, tiny bulbs have started to emerge from the frozen ground, I have spotted the first buds on the trees and I swear I can smell spring in the air. As always I feel like jumping up and down, dancing in the streets and high fiving random strangers I meet on my way (I haven’t though. I’m not sure how they would take it). It all comes down to this; I love, love, LOVE spring. And I am SO ready for it! Bring on longer days, more daylight, sunshine, warmer weather, bulbs and buds, spring coats (speaking off, I just bought a new one and can’t wait to break it in!), sunglasses and rosy cheeks.
I cleaned the house and filled it with bowls full of spring bulbs and soaked up every single drop of sunshine this weekend. Ahh!
WATCH
Francis and Claire are back in town. Season 4 of my favourite card house is here and I have a date with the Underwoods whenever I can squeeze in time to watch an episode. I’m halfway through the new season already. Who’s with me?
DO
On Friday I had breakfast at Design Museum Denmark. They have just opened up a new permanent exhibition called Danish Design Now. It features a selection of contemporary Danish design within the entire spectrum: furniture, product design, graphic design, fashion, and design in the public space. All objects are designed in the 21st Century by leading and talented Danish designers. If you enjoy great design as much as I do, you should stop by.

WANT
I lost my heart to this Tiger of Sweden bag. Seriously, I’m drooling. I. Need. This. And I need it now. It will be perfect for my trip to Barcelona and New York this spring and go perfect with my new black spring coat. Yay!
Have a great new week, guys x
